Because the useful part for a network operator is registry and routing context — who the block is registered to, which ASN announces it, how its reputation has moved — and general-purpose geolocation providers are weakest exactly there. We already hold that data for the marketplace and for monitoring.
That is the intent, and RepRadar already has API access on its top tier. Nothing is committed until it exists.
