Register for a free tenant account. Provide your company name and contact details. Account creation takes less than two minutes and gives you access to browse the full marketplace with unmasked IP listings.
Complete your tenant profile with your company details, intended use case, ASN and routing requirements, and operational contacts. This is a one-time process and determines whether you are approved to lease.
Our team reviews every tenant application before granting access to lease. We verify legitimacy, check intended use against our acceptable use policy, and confirm routing details. Approval typically takes 1–3 business days. You'll be notified by email once a decision is made.
Once approved, browse the full marketplace. Filter by subnet size (/22, /23, /24), RIR (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC), price, and minimum term. Submit a lease request for any available listing. Pricing is fixed by the IP owner — no negotiations.
After your lease request is processed, the block is provisioned to your account. IPv4 Hub manages RPKI ROA creation, rDNS delegation, and SWIP reassignment records automatically on your behalf.
Your tenant dashboard gives you full control over active leases. Monthly invoices are generated automatically. Manage payment methods, view invoice history, configure rDNS and RPKI, and submit SWIP records — all from one place.
Minimum terms are set by the IP owner and typically range from 6 to 12 months. Higher-priced blocks often have shorter minimum commitments. All pricing is monthly and fixed — no hidden fees.
All tenants agree to the platform's acceptable use policy at application time. Prohibited uses include spam, botnets, proxies, and any activity that could result in blacklisting. Violations result in immediate lease termination.
Invoices are generated monthly per active lease. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.

Create a seller account on IPv4 Hub. Your account type will be set to IP Owner, giving you access to the seller portal where you manage listings, transactions, payouts, and ARIN configuration.
Submit your company details including legal name, EIN/Tax ID, address, and operational contacts (abuse, NOC). This information is required before your listings go live and is used for compliance and billing purposes.
To enable automated RPKI and SWIP management, you authorize IPv4 Hub to act on your behalf for resources in your ARIN account. This is a one-time setup with three components:
Create listings for the subnets you want to make available. Set your own monthly price, minimum lease term, available quantity, and usage restrictions. All listings are reviewed by our team before going live in the marketplace.
IPv4 Hub manages the entire tenant workflow — application review, lease request processing, contract, payment collection, provisioning, and RPKI/rDNS/SWIP configuration. You receive clean recurring revenue without operational overhead.
Monthly revenue from active leases is calculated and paid out via your preferred method — ACH, PayPal, or wire transfer. View your active leases, transaction history, and payout status from your seller dashboard at any time.
You set the monthly rate for each listing. There are no auctions or dynamic pricing. Tenants see your price and either lease at that rate or don't. You can update pricing on inactive listings at any time.
Once authorized, IPv4 Hub handles RPKI ROA creation and maintenance, rDNS zone delegation, and SWIP reassignment submissions to ARIN. You keep full ownership of the IP resources — we only act on active Exchange listings.
Lease revenue is calculated monthly based on active lease status. Payouts are processed once confirmed and sent via ACH, PayPal, or wire. You can view your payout method and revenue from the seller dashboard.
